Orders & Production

How long does it take to make my order?

Since every item is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This ensures your piece is printed fresh, just for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production has likely begun and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at [mogul76@nopennydreamclothing.store] if you need to make a change.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation right away, and a second email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

After production, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days from your order date.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Product & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
